Features

Add air-reserve tank to increase the power of pump
Heating by Halogen lamp or nickel-chrome wire

Films

PE film is soft and high performance after packing, used for high quality packaging.
PE film is no pollution after burning
PVC film is harder and but cheaper
PVC film will produce chlorine(poisonous gas) after burning
We provide the PE and PVC film
PE film thickness( 0.10mm, 0.15mm, 0.20mm, 0.25mm, 0.30mm)
PVC film thickness(0.06mm, 0.08mm, 0.10mm, 0.12mm, 0.15mm)

Cardboards

If the air permeability of cardboard is too poor, the machine can’t pump the air between film and cardboard, it need make some holes on the cardboard
If the air permeability of cardboard is good, it needn’t make holes on the cardboard
We suggest don’t laminate the cardboard for the better air permeability
We can provide the cardboard according to the customers’ detail design, it’s better to send us the CorelDraw or adobe illustrator files.
